Our clients say it best. Hear from people we've helped about their financial recovery journey and their experiences with BDO.
WOW! Is an understatement of what BDO and their teams can do for you. I was that person. I owed a lot of money. Creditors were calling, sending letters, wage garnishment once..... all of it. I was ashamed. Not only because I had overspent and kept digging myself into larger holes, but that I could no longer get a credit card and or have peace of mind when travelling. I could not get a car or a house if I tried. This went on for years, far too long. I wasn't sleeping, I was always worried. My mental health suffered and my family suffered at times because of the debt. From my very first phone call, to the last 3 years, right up until I finished my Insolvency, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I was treated so well. BDO is not about shaming people or expecting anything you are unable to do. They will work with you endlessly to get you in the best financial position possible. Melanie Murray and Debbie Kenwood were extremely easy to talk with, ask questions and get full understandings. I commend them on their ability to show such compassion. It's no doubt it's hard to ask for help, especially financially. These ladies took so much stress out of my life and gave me such strength, as well as great hope for the future. They all went the extra mile for me, and supported me no matter what it was. One would think after the initial meeting, and set up, they would be done and wish you well. No no. Not BDO. They continuously helped and gave me great insight that I never would have found anywhere else. If you find yourself wondering what you should do, in fact, if you have been wondering then it's time to make that call! Get it done and move on and live happily ever after. I'm extremely satisfied with their service and would recommend anyone to them. I definitely will be recommending people.

Melanie Murray and her team were compassionate and understanding of my situation and helped create a solution that worked for me. BDO as a whole offered great resources to understanding my options, and their national reach allowed me to connect with a local office after moving so I didn't have to travel hours for in-person meetings when needed. Overall I'm elated to have chosen to work with BDO.
