Debbie has been helping individuals resolve their financial difficulties with insolvency solutions since 1991. During the initial consultation, she helps people who are struggling with debt explore their options and find the best solution for them. Debbie also administers consumer proposals and bankruptcies. As an accredited Insolvency Counsellor, Debbie assists individual debtors with budgeting and credit management, a key part of the financial recovery process.
Debbie understands the impact financial problems can have on a person’s life. She finds it rewarding to be involved in a person’s financial recovery journey, watching their lives change for the better. Everyone should be aware that financial stress does not always come from mismanagement of personal finances. Life happens, and challenges can come along which an individual has no control over.
Debbie is a regular presenter of insolvency and financial literacy topics to various groups, including newcomers to Canada, high school students in the Halton area, students involved with the Big Brothers and Sisters Organization of Halton.
