[email protected] Read bioDustin Joslin oversees the client experience insolvency practice in the Okanagan and Thompson areas including Penticton, Vernon, Kamloops and Salmon Arm and all points in between. He has been assisting individuals with debt solutions through use of various strategies since 2010. Dustin explores all debt solutions and, whenever possible, helps individuals avoid bankruptcy by filing a consumer proposal to their creditors. Dustin has completed his certification as an insolvency counsellor to assist individuals through the insolvency process. Prior to joining BDO’s insolvency practice, Dustin worked in BDO’s accounting, auditing and taxation practice. He has received his designation as a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Dustin’s mission is to help educate individuals on the responsible use of credit so that they can have a brighter financial future. Dustin understands what it takes to help people overcome the financial and emotional stress of debt.
Dustin grew up in the Okanagan and has seen many changes throughout the Okanagan valley. Outside of work Dustin enjoys playing slo-pitch, golfing and spending time with his family.

[email protected] Read bioLocated in our Vernon office, Sandra provides non-judgmental sessions for individuals to explore and understand their financial options when it comes to dealing with their debt. She has wealth of knowledge in collection activity, budgeting and credit rebuilding which she gladly shares with clients. As she often tells clients, “At some point, we all deserve the opportunity to reset our financial lives.”
Sandra joined our team in 2019, embarking on a new adventure after 14 years with a non-profit credit counselling service. Sandra has been licensed as a BIA Counsellor since 2005 and completed her Insolvency Administrator certification in 2021.
When not at work, Sandra is exploring backroads, wandering through garden shops, buying too many books or stopping for a coffee in unexpected places. She also treasures time with family and friends.
