Kathren Gulja is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee and a Chartered Insolvency Restructuring Professional with BDO Canada Limited. Based in Sudbury, Kathren works with individuals and small businesses experiencing financial distress, helping them overcome challenging situations with solutions designed to meet their unique needs.
Whether assisting with personal bankruptcies, consumer proposals or business solutions, Kathren clearly lays out all available options. Patient, kind and caring, she enjoys the process of helping clients let go of their financial burdens and obtain a financial fresh start with renewed control over their finances.

Tammy is a Manager and certified Insolvency Administrator with BDO Canada Limited serving primarily the Sudbury area.
Born and raised as a small town girl just outside of Sudbury, Tammy relocated to Toronto to begin her insolvency career with KPMG Inc. in October of 1987. Her 29 year career continues with BDO Canada Limited. Tammy’s main area of expertise is in the personal bankruptcy and consumer proposal practice in Sudbury and area.
Tammy has been involved in volunteering with the Sudbury Manitoulin Children’s Aid Society, assisting in teaching budgeting requirements to youth. She is also extensively involved as Manager and Trainer for her two young daughters’ hockey and ringette teams.
With a variety of educational accomplishments including Social Work, Human Resources and Bankruptcy Administration, Tammy demonstrates a very empathetic ear with clients. She has been certified as a credit counselor by the Superintendent of Bankruptcy having completed the BIA Insolvency Counsellor’s Qualification Program.
You will find Tammy’s easy going personality and compassionate approach make her an easy person to speak to when dealing with the stressful financial issues people are facing in everyday life.
Martha was born and raised in Sudbury and is familiar with the challenges and issues people in the community face.
Prior to joining BDO, Martha worked at BMO Nesbitt Burns, as an office administrator within the financial sector.
In 2004, she joined a national accounting firm doing various office duties, specializing in the insolvency practice.
Currently a single mom with three children, Martha is familiar with the many issues we all face today, which can often cause financial struggles.
Having experienced a divorce, Martha is very aware of the many challenges we face in our daily lives and how easy it is to find yourself in a struggle where you need to seek the professional advice and help of others.
Martha is there to listen and offer solutions to some of life’s most difficult decisions.
