Brian is a Senior Vice-President, Partner and Licensed Insolvency Trustee for BDO Canada Limited with his practice serving the southern Alberta and south-eastern British Columbia areas.
Brian began his career with BDO Dunwoody 20 years ago, working as an audit manager. He attended the University of Lethbridge, receiving a degree in Management and completed his Chartered Accountant training locally.
Brian has over 15 years of experience providing insolvency and debt restructuring services for small businesses, professionals and individuals. Brian works with Lawyers, Bankers and Credit Counsellors of Alberta and British Columbia to facilitate reorganizations and receiverships or bankruptcies.
Brian is a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals. He is also a board member of the Lethbridge International Airshow.Professional Designations & Education:

Marnie Ouimet is a Senior Estate Administrator and Accredited Counsellor for BDO Canada Limited located in Lethbridge, AB. She is also responsible for the BDO offices located in Medicine Hat, AB and Cranbrook, BC. Marnie is qualified and experienced in the Court systems and legal processes for insolvencies in Alberta and British Columbia. She has over 10 years of experience assisting individuals and various businesses in resolving financial issues.
Marnie has over 30 years of experience assisting with public relations and services including, and mainly, the financial and accounting industries. She has volunteered on and chaired many committees in organizing public and private functions. Marnie is a volunteer coach for Special Olympics Lethbridge and thoroughly enjoys the time she spends with all of these wonderful individuals.
Marnie has a Lethbridge College Diploma in Business Administration and is certified in the Income Tax course and the CAIRP Administration and Counsellors courses. She has been appointed Commissioner For Oaths in both Alberta and British Columbia. Marnie enjoys meeting with people and she is qualified and experienced in guiding individuals through the financial recovery process until its completion.
